Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of saffronorbitparlor.com and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) Social-casino disclosure (no real-money gambling)

• The Service is a social-casino style entertainment product. It does not involve real-money gambling.
• No real-money wagering: you cannot bet or stake real money on game outcomes.
• No cash-out or prizes: you cannot redeem, withdraw, or exchange anything from the Service for cash, cash equivalents, or real-world prizes.

2) Virtual currency and items

• Any virtual coins, credits, points, chips, or similar items ("Virtual Currency") have no cash value and are not redeemable for money or prizes.
• Virtual Currency and virtual items are licensed, not sold, and may be modified, rebalanced, or removed at any time.
• Purchases (if offered) are final to the extent permitted by law; Virtual Currency balances are not property and are not transferable outside the Service.

3) Eligibility (21+)

You must be at least 21 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for complying with any local rules that may restrict access based on age or location.

4) Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts to protect users or the Service.

5) Prohibited conduct

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, automating gameplay (bots), or manipulating outcomes.
• Harassment, hate, threats, or unlawful content.
• Attempting to access the Service without authorization, interfere with security, or scrape/harvest data.
• Buying/selling accounts, Virtual Currency, or items outside the Service.

6) Intellectual property

The Service and all related content are owned by or licensed to Saffron Orbit Parlor and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works except as allowed by law or our written permission.

7) Service changes; termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms or if required for safety, security, or legal reasons.

8) Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saffron Orbit Parlor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or $100 if you paid nothing).

10) Dispute resolution (US)

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved, you and we agree to resolve it through binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, and you waive the right to participate in a class action or class arbitration. Either party may bring eligible claims in small-claims court instead of arbitration.

11) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
